Free Ground shipping on orders over $70 to continental US and Military addresses only - every day, all the time. Alaska and Hawaii must use UPS 2nd Day or Next Day services. We have temporarily suspended shipments to US territories due to delivery issues.
Additional freight cost for expedited shipping via UPS Next Day or 2nd Day service. Rates based on order amount and will be displayed during checkout process.
No Sales Tax applies to all states but Indiana. 6% tax applies to all Hoosier addresses.
We strive to ship in-stock orders within 2-3 days of the date we receive them. Credit card orders are not charged until your order actually ships. Please note that this applies to UPS shipments to US addresses, and only to business days Monday through
Friday, when UPS is operating. In case of a stock out situation, your order status will reflect the expected shipping time frame. If we expect the back order to be longer than 4 weeks, we will notify you via e-mail and cancel your order.
Returns are totally at your discretion, just fill out the Return Policy sheet that came with your order. Items must
be returned in new condition with all manufacturers tags.If garments are returned in less than new condition, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted at our discretion. Items must be boxed and sent pre-paid freight: We will not accept COD return deliveries. Your purchase will be credited to your original charge card. Shipping charge is not refundable except on orders that we shipped incorrectly. Otherwise shipping cost ($7 deduction for orders with free shipping) will be deducted from the amount of your refund. All returns must take place within 30 days of receipt of items.
